The purpose of the development of this plan is to be proactive and be prepared in the event anything happens. Providers have permission to download and adapt any of the provided material to meet their program’s needs.
Let’s start with the Emergency Response Plan ~
The Emergency Response Plan shall be reviewed periodically for modifications to the procedures and additions of new emergency management information. A copy of the evacuation plan will be on file with local Emergency personnel (local police/fire departments).
